HOW CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
We want you to be satisfied with the goods you purchased from us, but we also understand that there may be some reasons you would like to return those goods. In this instance, you may return the items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to meeting our Returns and Refund Policy
For both Australian and International customers, the best and quickest way would be to e-mail us directly at support@forini.com.au or use the Contact Us Form where we would respond to you as soon as possible.
WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON MY PURCHASES?
All Forini products have 12 months limited warranty. All Forini timepieces however, come with a 24 months international warranty.
HOW CAN I RETURN ITEMS UNDER WARRANTY?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return the item, we ask that you contact our customer care team first so can try to rectify the issue and allocate to you a returned product number if necessary.
DO YOU OFFER STATED DAY DELIVERY?
We certainly do. However, this option is only available to our Australian customers and can be arrangement via the next day delivery service. It allows you to choose your day of delivery up to 10 business days in advance for delivery on a convenient day that you will be available on.
Please check with Australian Post, if the next day delivery service is available in your suburb from Brisbane CBD.
If in Queensland, you can check with Australian Post if your postcode can be delivered to on a Saturday.
This service is offered free of charge, you just need to pay the standard express post fee of $9.99.
